Lords of Moria<\/strong> is a tabletop roleplaying game campaign set in the world of The Lord of the Rings<\/a>,<\/strong> played at the weekly events of Tales of Bruss’Hell<\/a><\/strong> in Brussels, Belgium. The game uses The One Ring<\/a><\/strong> system by Free League, combining material from the Moria \u2013 Through the Doors of Durin<\/a><\/strong> expansion with custom rules<\/a><\/strong>. The Gamemaster (also called a Loremaster) is a veteran of The One Ring, with 15+ years of experience in tabletop roleplaying games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campaign operates on an open table<\/strong> policy: anyone is welcome to join a session through Tales of Bruss’Hell’s sign-up system<\/strong><\/a>. Veterans and beginners alike are welcome! Prior experience in role-playing games or The One Ring system is not necessary, and all accessories (starter characters, dice) are provided by the organizer \u2013 just bring an adventurous mind and a respectful attitude towards your fellow players.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Player-heroes are Dwarves in Balin’s expedition to Moria,<\/strong> taking place 30 years before the War of the Ring. The heroes spearhead the efforts to explore the depths, seek long-lost treasure, and drive back the forces of the Shadow. The Dwarf-colony stands or falls by the heroes’ decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
